I’m still in awe over this amazing wedding! This was our first time at this cool wedding venue in Fort Worth and it was unlike anything we’ve ever seen before. Unfortunately, the weather forced them to plan the ceremony for indoors, but I think it worked out perfectly. Their ceremony space was beautifully designed by Bowkay Floral Designs. It was stunning! So many different types of flowers made up the alter but somehow, they fit so well and looked like they belonged together. The reds and creams were just dreamy! They added in driftwood and colored glass filled with candles. One of the prettiest spaces I’ve ever seen!
But really, the main element that completed the look was Kristen and her stunning gown! She was glowing and never nervous. She was poised and full of excitement and joy. It was so fun to capture her in her element, in her day she has waited so long for. She literally shone like the sun and it made for amazing portraits!
The rain stopped and we were able to do the first look outside and all of the portraits ahead of the ceremony so that they could go straight into the party! And actually, the light was amazing being filtered through the clouds. Everyone looked amazing together! Kristen and Logan have been together since high school, more than 10 years! Seeing them come together as husband and wife, with all of their history was truly magical to experience. It makes our jobs easy for sure!
I cannot wait to see the video that the guys edit! If it’s this stunning in pictures, I can’t imagine seeing it live all over again, set to music and in slow motion. Congratulations you two!
